Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Bess Expert located in Gurugram. The Bess Expert will be responsible for the design, analysis, simulation, and optimization of Battery Energy Storage Systems (BESS). This includes conducting technical studies, developing technical specifications, supporting project managers, and providing technical assistance to project teams. The Bess Expert will collaborate closely with other engineering disciplines to ensure the integration of BESS in various projects.

Qualifications


• 5-10 years of experience in the renewable industry, preferably in consulting, in the above areas


• Electrical System Design, Integration and Prototyping.


• Technical Knowledge & Experience in Power Systems & Power electronics application in Power

systems (Power electronics converter application & control to power systems.


• Experience in BESS & ESS Sizing, Control, Design, Validation and Testing.


• Experience in Power systems modelling/studies/component selection.


• Proven understanding of BESS systems, BESS technologies, modelling using simulation software.


• Good network with industry leading BESS manufacturers.
