Responsibilities:

  • Develop, implement, and optimize high-performance Meta advertising campaigns for user acquisition, engagement, and retention in iGaming markets.

  • Monitor ad performance daily and adjust bids, creatives, and targeting for maximum ROI.

  • Collaborate with compliance and creative teams to ensure ads meet Meta's advertising guidelines and regional gaming regulations.

  • A/B test ad creatives, CTAs, landing pages, and audience segments to continuously improve performance.

  • Analyze campaign data, generate insights, and prepare detailed reports for internal stakeholders.

  • Stay updated on changes in Meta ad algorithms, policy updates, and platform features.

  • Manage budgets and ensure proper pacing of monthly/quarterly spends.

  • Work closely with CRM, SEO, and content teams for integrated marketing campaigns.
