To plan, execute, and optimize digital marketing campaigns across multiple online platforms to generate quality leads, enhance brand visibility, and support project-specific marketing initiatives for the company's real estate portfolio.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Digital Campaign Management

  • Plan and execute paid marketing campaigns across Google Ads, Meta (Facebook & Instagram), LinkedIn, and other digital platforms.
  • Optimize campaigns for lead generation, cost efficiency, and ROI.
  • Coordinate with creative and content teams for campaign assets and ad copies.

2. Website & SEO Management

  • Manage company and project websites for updates, SEO optimization, and lead tracking.
  • Work on keyword planning, on-page/off-page SEO, and Google Search Console/Analytics.
  • Ensure project microsites are updated with current information and creatives.

3. Social Media & Content Marketing

  • Manage and grow the company's social media presence across all relevant platforms.
  • Develop monthly social media calendars and coordinate with design/content teams for execution.
  • Engage audiences through project highlights, testimonials, and event coverage.

4. Lead Management & Analytics

  • Track, monitor, and analyze leads generated through digital channels.
  • Coordinate with sales/CRM teams to track lead quality and conversions.
  • Generate and present campaign performance reports, insights, and recommendations to management.

5. Coordination & Strategy

  • Work closely with external digital agencies for campaign execution and performance tracking.
  • Assist in developing digital strategies for project launches and brand campaigns.
  • Stay updated on digital marketing trends, tools, and competitor activities in the real estate sector.

Key Skills & Competencies:

  • Hands-on experience with Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, Google Analytics, and SEO tools.
  • Strong analytical skills and understanding of digital KPIs (CPL, CTR, ROI, etc.).
  • Creative thinking with a data-driven approach.
  • Excellent coordination and communication skills.
  • Basic understanding of CRM tools (HubSpot, Salesforce, etc.) is an added advantage.

Qualification & Experience:

  • Qualification: Graduate / Postgraduate in Marketing, Digital Media, or related field.
  • Experience: 4–8 years of experience in digital marketing, preferably in the real estate sector or performance-driven industries.
  • Experience with project-specific lead generation campaigns is a must.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹40, ₹65,327.76 per month
