Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Financial Services Manager based in Chennai. The Financial Services Manager will be responsible for overseeing financial operations, analyzing financial data, and ensuring compliance with accounting and auditing standards. Key tasks include providing financial insights to support decision-making, developing strategies for financial growth, and managing financial services within the organization. Collaboration with clients and stakeholders to ensure optimal financial outcomes is a critical aspect of the role.

Qualifications

  • Strong proficiency in Analytical Skills and the ability to interpret and evaluate complex financial data
  • Expertise in Finance and Financial Services to manage and optimize financial operations
  • Knowledge of Accounting principles and practices for accurate financial record-keeping
  • Familiarity with Auditing standards and the ability to ensure regulatory compliance
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field; a Master's degree or professional certification (e.g., CPA, CFA) is a plus
  • Experience in the financial services or insurance industry is advantageous
