Role Overview

We are looking for a performance marketer who can turn data into growth. You will own the ad performance funnel end to end, making fast and sharp decisions that drive revenue. The focus is to scale campaigns profitably while keeping them aligned with the brand's creative direction.

Key Responsibilities

  • Drive CAC down while improving ROAS month over month
  • Test creatives, copy, and audiences continuously. Scale what works and cut what does not
  • Own the full funnel from first impression to conversion
  • Translate campaign data into clear and actionable strategies
  • Work with content, design, and product teams to align growth with brand direction
  • Set up and maintain accurate tracking across platforms such as Pixel, GA4, and server-side
  • Monitor competitor activity, ad trends, and new platform features
  • Deliver weekly performance reports and insights with clear takeaways

Qualifications

  • 1 to 3 years of experience in performance marketing and paid advertising
  • Proven track record in handling and scaling D2C businesses from zero to profitable growth
  • Strong skills in data analysis and optimisation
  • Proficiency with Google Analytics, Google Ads, and Meta Ads Manager
  • Good communication and teamwork skills
  • Attention to detail and problem-solving ability
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field
  • Experience in the fashion industry is a bonus

  • Proven ability to scale campaigns into profitable growth
  • Previous track record in the D2C space.
  • Deep understanding of ad execution from strategy to daily optimisation
  • Fast and decisive decision-making backed by data
  • Ability to work well with the team and contribute to its momentum
