Job Responsibilities

Handle end-to-end recruitment activities including sourcing, screening, scheduling interviews, and coordinating with hiring managers.

Ensure smooth onboarding process for new hires, including verification of documents and induction

Implement and monitor HR policies, ensuring compliance across the organization.

Maintain accurate documentation of employee records in both soft and hard copies

Track employee attendance, leaves, and shift adherence using HR systems

Monitor workplace discipline and productivity, including review of CCTV footage where required.

Assist in employee engagement activities and support day-to-day HR operations.

Prepare HR reports and presentations as required.

Desired Candidate Profile

12 years of experience as an HR Executive or in a similar HR role.

Strong knowledge of recruitment processes and general HR operations.

Familiarity with Human Resource Management Systems (HRMS)

Proficiency in MS Excel, MS Word, and MS PowerPoint.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Ability to multitask, stay organized, and handle confidential information.
