Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an IT Recruiter based in Bengaluru South. The IT Recruiter will be responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment process, from sourcing and screening candidates to conducting interviews and providing recommendations. The recruiter will collaborate closely with hiring managers to understand their hiring needs and deploy various strategies to attract top talent. Day-to-day tasks include job posting, candidate sourcing, resume screening, interview scheduling, and maintaining candidate pipelines.

Qualifications

  • Experience in sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates
  • Strong understanding of IT job roles and technologies
  • Knowledge of talent acquisition strategies and best practices
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proficiency in using recruiting software and applicant tracking systems
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
  • Ability to work collaboratively with hiring managers and other team members
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
