Responsibilities & Key Deliverables

Description of the job and key result areas:

onduct Idea Generation workshops / Natural teams workshops for filling Idea pipeline for current as well as for next 3 financial years .

  • Visit to Suppliers & Dealers for Ideation purpose.
  • To inculcate VAVE culture by organizing VAVE Knowledge sharing Training programs/ workshops across all manufacturing plants (Officers & Associates) & at Suppliers end.
  • Do Project planning for smooth implementation of every IMCR project.
  • Actively conduct the Weekly CFT review meeting with all stakeholders to smoothly progress on every proposal planned for implementation.
  • Managing MIS for platforms allotted to handle.
  • Timely escalation of critical & Inter department issues to senior management for early resolution.
  • Timely distribution of IMCR awards to CFTs members as per policy.
  • To work for improving the existing processes for better efficiency.
  • Participate & Present Paper Case study in International Awards & Conferences.
  • Developing & implementing innovative approaches in cost reduction

Knowledge/Skills Required:

  • Value Engineering knowledge will be advantage

  • Project Management Knowledge

  • Automotive- Product & System knowledge

  • Manufacturing Process knowledge for automobile parts & its assemblies.

  • Hands on experience on SAP MM module
