We are empanelled with the National Film Development Corporation (NFDC) and the Directorate of Information and Public Relations (DIPR) for various state governments. Our state-of-the-art production facility in Dehradun also serves as our corporate office. Position Overview:

We are seeking a highly skilled and creative Video Editor to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a keen eye for detail, a passion for storytelling, and the technical expertise to bring visual content to life. You will be responsible for editing video content for various projects, including promotional films, live-streaming events, and other multimedia projects.

Key Responsibilities:

• Video Editing:
• Edit raw footage into polished videos for various formats, including social media, web, and broadcast.
• Incorporate music, sound effects, graphics, and special effects to enhance the final product.
• Ensure the final product aligns with the project's vision and goals.
• Motion Graphics:
• Create engaging motion graphics and animations to enhance video content.
• Design and animate graphics, titles, lower thirds, and other visual elements.
• Work with the creative team to develop motion graphics that complement the overall video narrative.
• Collaborative Work:
• Work closely with directors, producers, and other team members to understand project requirements and objectives.
• Collaborate with the Production Manager to ensure timely delivery of projects.
• Technical Skills:
• Use industry-standard software like DaVinci, Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, After Effects, and other relevant tools.
• Perform color correction, audio mixing, and other post-production tasks to achieve the desired quality.
• Content Management:
• Organize and manage video assets and maintain a well-organized library of footage.
• Ensure proper file naming and storage practices for easy retrieval.
• Continuous Improvement:
• Stay updated with the latest trends and techniques in video editing and motion graphics.
• Proactively seek feedback and strive for continuous improvement in editing skills and techniques.

Qualifications:

• Education:
• Bachelor's degree in Film Production, Multimedia, Communications, or a related field preferred.
• Experience:
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in video editing and motion graphics.
• Proven experience in editing various types of content, including promotional videos, documentaries, and live events.
• Technical Skills:
• Proficiency in video editing software (Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, After Effects).
• Strong understanding of video formats, codecs, and compression techniques.
• basic undersatnding and knowledge of camera.
• Knowledge of color correction, audio editing, and motion graphics.
• Expertise in creating motion graphics and animations.
• Soft Skills:
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work under tight deadlines and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹22, ₹30,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

• Defence Colony, Dehradun, Uttarakhand: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)
