**Job Summary**:
We are seeking a talented and creative **Graphic Designer** to join our team. Whether you're a fresher with a passion for design or an experienced professional with a proven track record, we welcome you to bring your creativity and skills to our projects. You will be responsible for creating visually appealing designs that align with our brand and client objectives.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Design and create a variety of visual content, including social media graphics, marketing materials, website designs, logos, and more.
- Collaborate with the marketing and content teams to understand project requirements and deliver creative solutions.
- Ensure all designs are visually consistent and meet brand guidelines.
- Stay updated with design trends, tools, and best practices.
- Manage multiple projects and meet deadlines effectively.

**Qualifications:For Freshers**:

- A strong portfolio showcasing creative design work (academic or personal projects are acceptable).
- Proficiency in design tools like Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Canva, or similar.
- Basic understanding of typography, color theory, and layout principles.
- Willingness to learn and adapt to feedback.
- Proven experience as a Graphic Designer with a portfolio of professional projects.
- Advanced proficiency in design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, etc.).
- Experience with motion graphics or video editing is a plus (e.g., Adobe After Effects, Premiere Pro).
- Strong understanding of branding, marketing, and UI/UX principles.
- Ability to handle complex projects and lead design initiatives.
