Job Title: Creative Manager – Campaigns & ContentRole Summary:We are seeking a dynamic Creative Manager to lead the conception, execution, and delivery of standout campaigns across multiple brands. This role sits at the intersection of creativity and operations, combining the craft of great ideas with the discipline of flawless execution. The Creative Manager will shape campaign narratives, guide visual storytelling, and ensure brand expectations are consistently met, while managing and inspiring a cross-functional creative team.

Key Responsibilities:Lead the creation of campaign concepts, scripts, copy, and campaign lines that resonate with target audiences and elevate brand presence. Collaborate with the design team to guide key visuals, ensuring alignment with brand strategy and creative excellence. Prepare and present high-impact creative decks for client pitches.

Oversee end-to-end campaign execution, working closely with internal teams (client servicing, copy, design, performance) to deliver on time and on brief. Act as the creative point of contact and day-to-day manager for retainer brands. Present creative concepts, handle client feedback, and translate it into actionable tasks for the team.

Work closely with client servicing to maintain client satisfaction and ensure KPIs are understood and met. Manage and mentor a multidisciplinary team of client servicing executives, designers, and copywriters. Own the final quality check on all creative output before it reaches the client.

Ensure all content decks and deliverables are sent as per agreed timelines. Establish and monitor brand KPIs, proactively driving performance improvements. Key Requirements:Upto 6 years of experience in a creative and content leadership role at a digital agency.

Strong portfolio showcasing campaign development, storytelling, and creative direction. Proven ability to manage multidisciplinary teams and complex campaign workflows. Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with confidence in client-facing situations.

Ability to balance creativity with business goals and operational discipline.
