Location: Chennai, India

About the Role:
We're seeking a highly detail-oriented and technically skilled Audience Operations Specialist to support audience strategy, segmentation, and execution across our marketing technology stack. This role plays a critical part in ensuring the right message reaches the right audience at the right time — driving personalization, efficiency, and impact across campaigns.

You will collaborate closely with Marketing Operations, Campaigns, Analytics, and CRM teams to deliver clean, precise audience lists and segmentation logic for cross-channel marketing efforts.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Build and manage audience segments for global campaigns across marketing automation and CRM platforms (e.g., Marketo, Salesforce, HubSpot).
     

  • Interpret campaign briefs and translate them into accurate audience logic, using filters, exclusions, and prioritization rules.
     

  • Own end-to-end audience delivery — from list sourcing to QA to deployment readiness.
     

  • Partner with marketing automation and CRM teams to manage contact data hygiene, lead lifecycle stages, and segmentation capabilities.
     

  • Collaborate with analytics and data engineering teams to implement data enrichment and audience scoring strategies.

  • Work closely with campaign managers, analytics, and sales ops to refine targeting strategies.
     

  • Act as a technical advisor for audience capabilities in platform evaluations, migrations, or transformation initiatives.

Requirements:

  • 5-7 years in marketing operations, audience segmentation, or marketing technology roles.
     

  • Hands-on experience with MAPs (e.g., Marketo, Eloqua, Pardot), CRM (Salesforce), or CDPs (e.g., Segment, Adobe RT-CDP).
     

  • Strong logic-building skills with filters, exclusions, field criteria, and campaign triggers.
     

  • Solid understanding of marketing data structure (lead/contact objects, campaign membership, activity logs).
     

  • Intermediate SQL or experience working with structured datasets and queries.
     

  • Familiarity with campaign orchestration tools; Experience with privacy-compliant data handling and opt-in/opt-out logic.
