We're looking for a Deputy Supplier Risk Manager to join our Procurement Team  to lead our company-wide Third Party Risk Management (TPRM) program. Reporting to the Director, Procurement you'll be responsible for:

• Implementing and enhancing the Third-Party Risk Management (TPRM) framework, encompassing policies, procedures, and operational execution to proactively identify and mitigate supplier-related risks
• Evaluating comprehensive supplier risk profiles by leveraging internal tools and external resources, including conducting thorough due diligence, assigning risk ratings, and performing continuous monitoring activities
• Designing and executing targeted supplier risk remediation plans, developing corrective actions to address identified risks and ensure ongoing compliance with established requirements
• Monitoring evolving regulatory landscapes and industry best practices in supplier management, integrating relevant changes into existing TPRM processes for continuous improvement
• Developing and delivering engaging training and awareness programs to educate stakeholders on supplier risk management principles and compliance obligations

• Bachelor's/Master's degree in Business, Finance, Risk Management, or a related field
• 5+ years of experience in supplier risk management, third party risk management, procurement, compliance, or a related discipline
• Proficiency with risk management software and tools
• Familiarity with TPRM frameworks, regulatory requirements, and market best practices (e.g., ISO 27001, GDPR, SOX)

What Will Make You Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)

• Proficiency in Service Now TPRM and Coupa experience
• Experience developing policy and control frameworks
