We're looking for a Deputy Supplier Risk Manager to join our Procurement Team to lead our company-wide Third Party Risk Management (TPRM) program. Reporting to the Director, Procurement you'll be responsible for:
- Implementing and enhancing the Third-Party Risk Management (TPRM) framework, encompassing policies, procedures, and operational execution to proactively identify and mitigate supplier-related risks
- Evaluating comprehensive supplier risk profiles by leveraging internal tools and external resources, including conducting thorough due diligence, assigning risk ratings, and performing continuous monitoring activities
- Designing and executing targeted supplier risk remediation plans, developing corrective actions to address identified risks and ensure ongoing compliance with established requirements
- Monitoring evolving regulatory landscapes and industry best practices in supplier management, integrating relevant changes into existing TPRM processes for continuous improvement
- Developing and delivering engaging training and awareness programs to educate stakeholders on supplier risk management principles and compliance obligations
- Bachelor's/Master's degree in Business, Finance, Risk Management, or a related field
- 5+ years of experience in supplier risk management, third party risk management, procurement, compliance, or a related discipline
- Proficiency with risk management software and tools
- Familiarity with TPRM frameworks, regulatory requirements, and market best practices (e.g., ISO 27001, GDPR, SOX)
