Job Details

  • Responsible for timely and efficient processing of registration applications and post-registration requests, facilitating quick activation of Members
  • Responsible for processing surrender applications of the member in a timely manner and in compliance with regulatory requirements
  • Accountable for compliance with SEBI and Exchange guidelines, regulations, rules, bye-laws and other applicable statutory norms in Membership Registration & Membership Compliance activities.
  • Responsible for addressing members related queries & discrepancies, providing relevant support & necessary solutions to resolve the same within the stipulated turnaround time
  • Responsible for responding to member data requests from internal and external stakeholders
  • Monitoring Membership related compliances wrt Enhanced Supervision.
  • Keep track of regulatory directives and initiate new processes/ control as and when needed towards compliance with the regulatory requirements
  • Periodical review of membership documents (including legal documents like Agreements / Indemnities / KYCs etc.)
  • Responsible for preparing and presenting membership agendas at various forums, including committee meetings.
  • Driving changes in membership process and policies in line with best practices
  • Replying to various queries raised by members seeking clarifications on membership rules & regulations.
  • Responsible for reviewing and approving advertisement content submitted by members, in strict adherence to SEBI and Exchange-prescribed Advertisement Codes.
  • Accountable for team performance, including building back-ups for different roles through adequate job-rotation of team members.
