Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Head of Finance located at our Bengaluru headquarters. The Head of Finance will oversee all financial operations, including budget planning, forecasting, and financial analysis. Responsibilities include managing accounting functions, ensuring compliance with financial regulations, and developing strategies to optimize profitability. This role will require coordination with cross-functional teams, as well as reporting to executive leadership on financial performance and strategic initiatives.

Qualifications

  • Expertise in Financial Management, Budgeting, and Forecasting
  • Proficiency in Financial Analysis, Reporting, and Risk Management
  • Experience in Strategic Planning and Cost Optimization
  • Knowledge of Accounting Standards and Regulatory Compliance
  • Strong leadership, decision-making, and team management skills
  • Proficiency in financial software and tools
  • CA, CFA, CPA, or equivalent qualification; MBA in Finance is a plus
  • Minimum of 8-12 years of relevant experience, preferably in the retail or F&B sectors
