About B & M Industries:

B & M Industries is a Howrah-based manufacturer specializing in Mild Steel (MS) Bolts, Nuts, and Fasteners. With a strong focus on precision engineering and product quality, we supply durable fastening solutions to clients across India.

We are currently seeking a Skilled Bolt Machine Header Operator to join our production team and contribute to our growing operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate and set up bolt header machines for different MS bolt sizes and specifications.
• Monitor machine performance and ensure smooth, continuous production.
• Adjust die alignment, machine pressure, and cutting speed for accurate bolt forming.
• Inspect finished bolts using measuring instruments like calipers and gauges.
• Conduct routine maintenance and minor repairs to ensure optimal machine performance.
• Maintain accurate production records and daily output logs.
• Follow safety protocols and ensure product quality as per company standards.
• Report any technical or production issues to the supervisor promptly.

Required Qualifications and Skills:

• Education: Minimum Madhyamik (Class 10).
• Experience: 1–2 years of experience operating bolt header or cold forging machines.
• Good knowledge of bolt forming, threading, and die setting.
• Ability to read technical drawings and maintain production accuracy.
• Mechanically inclined with basic troubleshooting ability.
• Dedicated, punctual, and capable of working in a production environment.

Preferred Skills:

• Hands-on experience with National-type bolt header machines.
• Familiarity with cold forging, threading, and heat treatment processes.

Work Details:

• Location: B & M Industries, Howrah, West Bengal
• Work Hours: 8 hours/day
• Environment: Factory-based, safety-compliant
