**Responsibilities**:
1. SEO Strategy Development: Design and implement comprehensive SEO strategies to improve organic search rankings and increase website traffic for B2B, India, USA, UAE, Australia, Kenya Clients.
2. Keyword Research: Conduct in-depth keyword research to identify opportunities and optimize content for high-performing keywords.
3. On-Page Optimization: Optimize website content, links, schema markup, meta tags, headers, and images to align with SEO best practices.
4. Technical SEO: Audit and enhance the technical performance of the website, addressing site speed, mobile-friendliness, crawl errors, and indexing issues.
5. Content Strategy Collaboration: Work with content creators to develop engaging and SEO-friendly blog posts, landing pages, and product descriptions.
6. Backlink Strategy: Develop and execute a link-building strategy to enhance domain authority and referral traffic.
7. Analytics and Reporting: Monitor and analyze website performance using tools like Google Analytics, Google Search Console, and SEO platforms. Provide detailed reports on KPIs such as organic traffic, keyword rankings, and conversion rates.
8. Competitor Analysis: Stay ahead of competitors by analyzing their SEO strategies and identifying areas for improvement.
9. Local SEO: Optimize the brand’s local SEO presence for increased visibility in local searches, particularly relevant for retail store distribution.
10. Trend Analysis: Stay updated on industry trends and algorithm changes, ensuring strategies remain effective and compliant with search engine guidelines.
11. Collaboration: collaborate with team to ensure cohesive implementation of SEO strategies.

**Key Requirements**:
1. 2-3 years of hands-on experience in Local SEO from an agency or a business with multiple local stores.
2. Strong knowledge of Google My Business (GBP/GMB) optimization & local ranking factors, and the ability to handle multiple locations.
3. Experience in local citation building and NAP consistency across directories.
4. Proficiency in using Google Search Console, Google Analytics (GA4), Google Tag
Manager, Ahrefs, SEMrush and Moz Local.
5. Hands-on experience with On-page optimizations for local landing pages.
6. Familiarity with local and non-local link-building strategies and outreach techniques.
7. Ability to analyze data and provide actionable insights for improving rankings and traffic.
8. Good written and verbal communication skills to collaborate across teams and respond
to reviews.
9. Analytical Skills, Strategic Thinking, Proactive, Responsible, Hard-working, and Diligent.
10. Experience with B2B industries in the United States, Canada, Australia, UAE is a plus.

**Must-Have Skills**:
1. Knowledge of SEO principles and understanding of how search engines operate.
2. Proven experience in on-page, off-page, and technical SEO
3. Knowledge of HTML, CSS, JavaScript (basic), and CMS platforms(WordPress)
4. Hands-on experience with SEO tools - Google Search Console, SEMrush, Ahrefs, Screaming Frog, etc.
5. Understanding of Core Web Vitals and mobile-first indexing.
6. Google Docs, Slides, Sheets | Microsoft Excel, Word, Powerpoint
7. Ability to create SEO reports and insights for clients.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
