Job Overview:

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Ticketing Executive / Travel Coordinator to manage end-to-end travel arrangements for employees across India. The candidate should have hands-on experience in travel desk operations, excellent vendor coordination skills, and a cost-conscious mindset to optimize travel expenses.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and handle all travel desk operations efficiently.
  • Book flight and train tickets for PAN India travel requirements.
  • Coordinate with existing travel vendors and develop new vendors for better cost efficiency.
  • Handle travel-related queries and provide prompt resolutions.
  • Perform web check-ins and ensure smooth travel arrangements for employees.
  • Maintain and update travel MIS reports and ensure timely submission to the accounts department.
  • Keep track of account balances for immediate bookings.
  • Ensure timely ledger reconciliation and documentation of all travel records.

Required Skills & Knowledge:

  • Practical knowledge of IRCTC booking system.
  • Proficiency in Goibibo and MakeMyTrip platforms.
  • Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Excel and MIS reporting.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong coordination and follow-up abilities.
