Role Description

We are seeking an experienced Sales Manager for our Middle East operations to join our team. As a full-time, on-site role, the Sales Manager will be responsible for driving market growth, managing relationships with key retail accounts and distributors, and expanding the company's footprint in the Middle East. Daily responsibilities include developing sales strategies, analyzing market trends, achieving revenue targets, overseeing client accounts, and identifying new business opportunities. The role requires collaboration with cross-functional teams to implement strategic initiatives and ensure customer satisfaction while fostering long-term partnerships in the region.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in sales management, private label sales, including market analysis and the development of tailored sales strategies.
  • Strong client relationship management, business development, and negotiation skills.
  • Exceptional communication, presentation, and organizational abilities.
  • In-depth knowledge of the Middle East market, culture, and business practices.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and deliver results under pressure.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, International Trade, or a related field; MBA preferred.
  • Experience in the food and beverage or FMCG industry, particularly with tea or related products, is highly desirable.
  • Proficiency in Arabic is a plus but not mandatory.
