Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Lecturer in Management, based in Chennai. The Lecturer will be responsible for creating and delivering academic content, preparing curriculum, and teaching management subjects to university-level students. Additional duties include training students on essential skills and contributing to the academic development of the institution. The candidate will collaborate with peers to enhance the learning outcomes and provide guidance to students to foster their professional growth.

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in Business Management and practical knowledge of key management principles
  • Experience in Curriculum Development and Training methodologies
  • Strong skills in Lecturing and University Teaching
  • Excellent verbal communication, leadership, and organisational skills
  • MBA is mandatory
  • Prior experience in an academic or skill development setting is desirable
