Job Summary:

We are looking for an enthusiastic and results-driven Telesales Executive to generate sales over the phone for our software products and services. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a strong customer focus, and the ability to convert leads into sales.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Make outbound calls to potential customers to promote and sell software solutions or related services.
  • Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable products or solutions.
  • Follow up on leads generated through marketing campaigns, referrals, and inbound inquiries.
  • Maintain detailed records of calls, leads, and customer interactions in the CRM system.
  • Achieve or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
  • Handle customer questions, objections, and concerns effectively.
  • Coordinate with the field sales or technical team for demos and closures when required.
  • Build and maintain positive relationships with existing and prospective clients.
  • Provide feedback to the marketing and product teams to improve lead quality and offerings.
