Key Responsibilities:

  • * Identify and develop new business opportunities with corporates, architects, and PMCs.
  • * Build and maintain long-term relationships with CXOs, MDs, CFOs, and design professionals.
  • * Present and promote company services with strong value propositions.
  • * Achieve sales targets through strategic planning and execution.
  • * Collaborate with internal teams to deliver client-focused solutions.
  • * Attend industry events and represent the company to generate leads.
  • * Track sales performance, market trends, and prepare regular reports.

Qualifications:

  • * Bachelor's degree in Business/Marketing or related field.
  • * 5–6 years' experience in sales/business development in interior design or construction.
  • * Proven track record of achieving sales targets.
  • * Strong corporate & architect network.

* Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
