Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced Oracle SCM Techno-Functional Consultant with strong expertise in Oracle E-Business Suite (EBS) R12. The ideal candidate will bring a 70% technical and 30% functional skill mix, with deep knowledge of SCM modules such as Order Management, Purchasing, and Inventory. This role demands strong solution design, development, and implementation capabilities, along with effective collaboration with business and functional teams.

Key Responsibilities

  • Solution Leadership: Design, develop, and maintain Oracle EBS R12 solutions across SCM modules (Purchasing, Order Management, Inventory, iProcurement, ASCP).
  • Technical Architecture: Build and deliver RICEW components (Reports, Interfaces, Conversions, Extensions, Workflows) using PL/SQL, Oracle Forms, Oracle Reports, XML Publisher, and related tools.
  • Functional Collaboration: Work with business and functional stakeholders to gather requirements, map processes, and deliver scalable solutions aligned with business goals.
  • Integration & Upgrades: Support system upgrades, patches, and integrations across SCM and related modules.
  • Mentorship: Guide and review work of junior consultants and ensure high-quality technical deliverables.
  • Optimization: Perform performance tuning, debugging, and troubleshooting for Oracle SCM solutions.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Oracle SCM Expertise: Strong techno-functional knowledge in Oracle EBS R12 SCM modules (Order-to-Cash, Procure-to-Pay, Inventory Management).
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in PL/SQL, Oracle Forms, Oracle Reports, Oracle Workflow, XML Publisher, and APIs.
  • Implementation Experience: Hands-on involvement in Oracle SCM implementations, customizations, and support projects.
  • Problem-Solving: Excellent analytical and debugging skills with the ability to resolve complex issues.
  • Leadership: Experience in mentoring junior developers and conducting technical code reviews.
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related discipline.

Good to Have / Preferred Skills

  • Exposure to Oracle Cloud SCM is a plus.
  • Familiarity with SAP support environments.
  • Knowledge of advanced SCM functionalities like WRICEF objects and ASCP.
  • Industry experience in manufacturing, supply chain, or distribution domains.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Up to ₹3,000,000.00 per year
