Job Description:

We are hiring experienced Oracle SCM Functional Consultants with strong exposure to EBS (E-Business Suite) implementation projects in Discrete Manufacturing and Advanced Procurement Modules. This is a fantastic opportunity to work with a reputed Oracle client on long-term transformation projects.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Gather business requirements and conduct detailed analysis of SCM processes.

  • Lead end-to-end implementation and support of Oracle EBS SCM modules, including:

  • Order Management (OM)

  • Inventory (INV)
  • Bills of Material (BOM)
  • Work in Process (WIP)
  • Quality
  • Discrete Manufacturing

  • Advanced Procurement

  • Configure Oracle applications as per business needs and create functional designs.

  • Work closely with technical teams for development, testing, and deployment.
  • Conduct system integration testing (SIT), user acceptance testing (UAT), and support go-live activities.
  • Provide post-implementation support and resolve end-user issues.
  • Liaise with business stakeholders to provide ongoing functional support and enhancements.

Required Skills & Experience:

  • 10 to 15 years of experience in Oracle SCM EBS implementation and support.
  • Strong hands-on expertise in Discrete Manufacturing and Advanced Procurement Modules.
  • Good understanding of SCM business processes and functional flows.
  • Experience in requirement gathering, functional design, configuration, testing, training, and documentation.
  • Must have worked in at least 2 full-cycle EBS implementations or upgrade projects.
  • Familiarity with SCM integrations and customizations.
  • Good knowledge of Costing is a strong plus.
  • Exposure to Agile Waterfall methodologies.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Bachelors or Masters degree in Engineering, Supply Chain, IT, or related fields.
  • Oracle SCM Cloud exposure is an added advantage.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and in a cross-functional team environment.
