Key Responsibilities:

  • Patient history taking (systemic & ocular).
  • Vision testing, refraction & prescribing glasses (under consultant).
  • Biometry & other ophthalmic investigations (OCT, FFA, Fundus Photo, LASER).
  • Assist in LASIK OT, premium IOL/LASIK workups.
  • Training optometry students, patient counseling, follow-ups, and camp screenings.
  • Ensure proper data entry in HMIS and machine maintenance.

Qualifications:

  • B.Sc / Diploma in Optometry.
  • 2+ years' experience.
  • Strong communication & patient care skills.
  • Capable of independently managing Vision Center operations, with flexibility to work across the Base Hospital, Secondary Centers, and Vision Centers as needed.
