Position Summary

Level: Senior Consultant

As a Senior Consultant at Deloitte Consulting, you will design, develop, and deploy enterprise-scale software solutions, lead the creation of robust pipelines and manage code deployment across environments. You will collaborate with cross-functional, global teams to translate functional requirements into effective deliverables, independently guiding and mentoring junior team members. Your role spans the full project lifecycle, including estimation, planning, execution, and tracking key metrics for analysis, ensuring high-quality and timely delivery of solutions.

Our Engineering team leverages state-of-the-art tools and technologies to enable multiple teams to deliver high-quality solutions to our customers.Deloitte Engineering is looking for a Senior Consultant with expertise in Azure cloud, Kubernetes, and AI/ML infrastructure to help our teams build and operate secure, scalable, and innovative cloud-based solutions. You will shape and deliver on our asset strategy by performing the following tasks:

• Lead the creation and configuration of Azure accounts and subscriptions for complex project environments.
• Oversee user access management and assignment to GPVPN policies for secure subscription management (e.g., ZoraIAI).
• Architect, implement, and troubleshoot Azure Virtual Networks (VNets) and secure connectivity to on-premises DGX environments.
• Design and deploy Azure Kubernetes Service (AKS) clusters, including clusters with Nvidia H100 GPU support using Key Management Service (KMS).
• Set up and maintain KMS and LLM Gateway for secure AI/ML workload deployment.
• Direct the deployment of applications and AI/ML modules on AKS and KMS using ArgoCD.
• Manage access to ArgoCD URLs and oversee deployment pipelines.
• Lead deployment and optimization of LLM modules on LLM Gateway and DGX on-premises infrastructure.
• Oversee configuration and integration of Azure services (API Management, VMs, Okta ASA) in accordance with AEF standards.
• Lead troubleshooting efforts for network, KMS, LLM Gateway, and DGX on-premises issues.
• Provide advanced technical support and mentorship to junior team members.
• Document solutions and share knowledge across teams.

We are building and bringing solutions to market which we are hosting and operating for our clients. Qualifications

Must Have Skills/Project Experience/Certifications

• 5+ years of technology experience in enterprise cloud or hybrid infrastructure environments.
• 3+ years of hands-on experience with Azure administration, networking, and security.
• Advanced experience with Azure Kubernetes Service (AKS), KMS, and ArgoCD.
• Proven experience deploying and managing AI/ML workloads, including LLMs and GPU-based clusters (Nvidia H100 preferred).
• Experience integrating Azure services (API Management, VMs, Okta ASA) and ensuring compliance with enterprise standards.
• Bachelor's in computer science, information technology, or similar field.
• Excellent communication skills and experience mentoring technical teams.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills for cloud and hybrid environments.
• Good to Have Skills/Project Experience/Certifications
• Azure certifications (e.g., Azure Solutions Architect, Azure DevOps Engineer).
• Experience with DGX systems and hybrid cloud/on-premises environments.
• Familiarity with AEF standards and regulatory compliance.
• Experience with automation and infrastructure-as-code (e.g., Terraform, ARM templates).
• Consulting experience in a client-facing environment.

Work shift Timings: Night shift (06:30 pm to 03:30 a.m. IST)

Education:

Minimum of a bachelor's degree (3 Year) within a technical field.
