Senior AI Programmer - MS Business Central Specialist
Key Responsibilities: 
• AL Development for Business Central: Lead the design, development, and implementation of AL algorithms and models specifically tailored to enhance Microsoft Business Central's functionalities. 
• Integration: Integrate AI models and solutions seamlessly into the Microsoft Business Central environment, ensuring compatibility and reliability. 
• Data Analysis: Collaborate with data engineers and analysts to access and preprocess data within the ERP system for AI model training and evaluation. 
• AI-Enhanced Modules: Create custom AL-enhanced modules, features, or extensions for Microsoft Business Central to improve business processes and decision-making. 
• Performance Optimization: Optimize AI models and solutions for real-time processing, scalability, and resource efficiency within Microsoft Business Central. 
• Research and Innovation: Stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in AL and AL applications within the context of ERP systems, and propose innovative solutions to improve Business Central's capabilities. 
• Documentation: Create and maintain comprehensive documentation for AL models, algorithms, and their integration with Microsoft Business Central. 
• Team Collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including ERP specialists, software engineers, and data scientists, to align AI solutions with business goals and ERP requirements. 
• Mentorship: Mentor and provide guidance to junior AI programmers and developers working on Microsoft Business Central projects.  Requirements: 
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Machine Learning, Artificial Intelligence, or a related. 
• 2-4 years of experience in AL and machine learning development, with a proven track record of delivering AI solutions, particularly within Microsoft Business Central. 
• In-depth knowledge of Microsoft Business Central's architecture, modules, and APIs. 
• Proficiency in programming languages commonly used in AL, such as Python, and libraries like TensorFlow, PyTorch, or sci-kit-learn. 
• Experience with data preprocessing, data analysis, and feature engineering within the context of Microsoft Business Central. 
• Strong understanding of deep learning and neural network architectures. 
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail. 
• Strong communication and teamwork abilities. 
• Knowledge of ethical AI principles and practices.  Preferred Qualifications: 
• Published research or case studies related to AI integration with Microsoft Business Central. 
• Experience in another programming language especially C# and Node. JS. 
• Experience with Azure functionality and services. 
• Knowledge of SQL and database management within ERP systems. 
• Familiarity with financial and supply chain analytics within an ERP context. 
• Expertise in AL for process automation and optimization within Microsoft Business Central.
