Job Overview

As the SVP – Marketing, you will be responsible for shaping and executing a forward-thinking marketing strategy to drive exponential user growth, deepen brand presence, and maximize organic growth outcomes. You will lead and scale high-performing teams across brand, growth, design, acquisition and content, ensuring a seamless and unified marketing approach. 

We are looking for a leader who can take the department forward by learning the ropes on how Junglee Games works and can also upskill and upgrade the team by using the latest martech stack and AI tools. 

This is a mission-critical leadership role requiring strategic acumen, cross-functional collaboration, and a sharp understanding of the Indian B2C ecosystem and user behavior.

Key Responsibilities

● Define and execute the company's overall marketing strategy to meet business goals across user acquisition (both paid and organic, social and brand and cross sell. 

● Own and scale the full-funnel marketing function 

● Translate user insights, competitive intelligence, and product roadmaps into actionable marketing plans and compelling brand narratives. 

● Build and lead a high-impact team of marketing leaders and specialists; foster a culture of creativity, ownership, and performance. 

● Collaborate cross-functionally with Tech, Product, Data, and Business teams to deliver a consistent user experience and ensure marketing is tightly integrated with company goals. 

● Drive data-led decision making and implement rigorous performance measurement across campaigns and channels. 

● Manage and optimize multi-crore marketing budgets, ensuring efficiency, innovation, and measurable ROI. 

● Develop strategic partnerships and alliances to increase market reach, brand visibility, and user engagement. 

● Stay ahead of industry trends, emerging platforms, and evolving gamer behaviors to maintain a competitive edge. 
 

Qualifications & Skills Required

● 12+ years of progressive marketing experience, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role (VP/SVP/Head of Marketing or equivalent). 

● Proven track record of building and scaling marketing organizations in gaming, digital consumer, or tech-first companies. 

● Deep expertise across all aspects of marketing – from performance to brand, media to CRM, digital to experiential. 

● Strong strategic thinking, analytical rigor, and creative problem-solving skills. 

● Passion for gaming and deep understanding of user behavior, category trends, and monetization strategies.

● Exceptional leadership and people management skills, with the ability to influence and align cross-functional stakeholders. 

● High level of comfort operating in a fast-paced, high-growth, and constantly evolving environment. 

● Excellent communication and storytelling abilities, both internally and externally.
