Currently, we are looking for an Advanced HCM Control (Security) to join our team.

Job Description

  • Strong hands-on experience in Oracle Forms and Reports (10g/11g/12c) development and customization.
  • Proficient in Oracle SQL, PL/SQL, and database programming using complex queries, stored procedures, and triggers.
  • Experience with Oracle Designer for data modeling, application design, and generating Forms/Reports.
  • Responsible for developing, enhancing, and maintaining Oracle-based applications in line with business requirements.
  • Expertise in Forms Personalization, Custom Libraries (PLL), and Form Triggers.
  • Strong experience in Reports layout design, parameterized reports, and performance optimization.
  • Hands-on experience in Oracle Database (11g/12c/19c) and data migration activities.
  • Exposure to integration with Oracle E-Business Suite (EBS) or other ERP systems preferred.
  • Ability to troubleshoot, debug, and optimize code for performance and scalability.
  • Familiar with SDLC processes, unit testing, and deployment in multi-instance environments.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with good communication and documentation abilities.
