Job Description

  • Developing the utility tools independently on MS Access and MS Excel platforms.
  • Strong Knowledge of Tool Development, End to End Automation and Tool Quality assurance best practices and methodologies.
  • Strong Knowledge of MS applications (Excel, Access, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook).
  • Strong understanding of different platform tool development and automated tools.
  • Strong analytical skills and experience with implementation and administration of Tool quality assurance metrics.
  • Automation development knowledge with VBA & SQL.
  • Familiar with Excel Functions, Formula, Form Creation.
  • Ability to design and build MI reports and dashboards that present accurate MI that is simple and easy to understand
  • Works with projects, operations, and technical teams to understand processes and underlying requirement at very granular level to build utility delivery to meet and exceed requirements
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to create sustainable automated processes
  • Builds in preventative and detective controls to manage risk to accuracy and timeliness of MI developments
  • Strong excel skills including VBA, pivots, charts
  • Strong Microsoft power BI (or equivalent) and PowerPoint skills
  • Strong data ETL and manipulation skills
  • Strong SQL and SQL server skills
  • Ability to access and extract data from various source systems to transform, manipulate, analyze and Organised and able to meet tight deadlines
  • Strong documentation skills to ensure processes are robustly maintained and data is kept up to date
  • Works with technical teams to quickly resolve data load issues and get to root cause fixes to prevent recurrence
