Role Description

This is a full-time role for an Assistant Manager at Suzlon Wind Energy Limited. The position is on-site, based in Bhuj. The Assistant Manager will oversee daily operations and maintenance activities, ensure smooth functioning of wind turbines, and manage a team of engineers and technicians. Responsibilities include troubleshooting technical issues, ensuring compliance with safety standards, and coordinating with other departments for efficient operations.

Qualifications

  • Experience in mechanical and industrial engineering, with a focus on operations and maintenance
  • Strong leadership and team management skills
  • Proficiency in troubleshooting and resolving technical issues
  • Knowledge of safety standards and regulatory compliance in the wind energy sector
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work on-site in Bhuj
  • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field
  • Experience in the renewable energy sector is a plus
