Job Description:

We are having an urgent requirement for the position of Manager Corporate Finance for a reputed Real Estate Developer at the Vashi(Navi Mumbai) location.

Job Description:

  • Should have good exp in debt fundraising
  • Must know Financial modeling
  • Excellent relationships with Banks and FI for fundraising
  • Strong communication and convincing skills

Key Responsibilities:

• Preparation of Information Memorandum for fundraising

• Preparation of financial model and business plan for banks

• Manage internal processes at Banks/FI

• Finalize the financial structure of the projects and indicative terms and conditions to be line with the prevailing market conditions

• Managing banks data requirements from groups inter-department

• Interact with the officials of various Banks/FIs to tie up the financial needs of the group and achieve the financial closure

Key Skillset:

• Candidate should have good experience and should be currently working on Debt Syndication, fundraising, and project finance.

• Candidates with Banking experience who are currently in Debt Raising will be given preference.

• Education: CA / MBA(Finance)
