The Lead Data Analyst is responsible for advanced data analysis and insight generation to support strategic decision-making across the enterprise. This role works with large, structured datasets and applies statistical and analytical techniques to uncover trends, forecast outcomes, and drive business performance.

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Lead complex data analysis projects involving multiple data sources and business domains
  • Develop dashboards, reports, and data visualizations using tools like Tableau, Power BI, or Qlik
  • Apply statistical modeling and regression techniques to identify patterns and predict outcomes
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define data requirements and deliver actionable insights
  • Ensure data quality and integrity through rigorous validation and cleansing processes
  • Mentor junior analysts and contribute to the development of analytics standards and best practices
  • Present findings to technical and non-technical stakeholders, influencing strategic decisions
  • Comply with the terms and conditions of the employment contract, company policies and procedures, and any and all directives (such as, but not limited to, transfer and/or re-assignment to different work locations, change in teams and/or work shifts, policies in regard to flexibility of work benefits and/or work environment, alternative work arrangements, and other decisions that may arise due to the changing business environment). Required Qualifications:

  • Solid experience with data visualization platforms and BI tools
  • Advanced proficiency in SQL, Python, R, or similar analytical tools
  • Proven deep understanding of data modeling, normalization, and analytics frameworks
  • Ability to translate business problems into analytical solutions
  • Proven excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, or related field
  • 5+ years of experience in data analytics or business intelligence
  • Experience working in global delivery models and offshore teams
  • Exposure to cloud data platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP)
