Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly experienced and detail-oriented Senior/Lead Data Analyst to join our analytics team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in data analysis, business intelligence, and data visualization, with expertise in Snowflake and Tableau. You will play a key role in transforming raw data into actionable insights to support strategic decision-making across the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design, develop, and maintain scalable data pipelines using Snowflake.
  • Create interactive and insightful dashboards and reports using Tableau.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into analytical solutions.
  • Perform deep-dive analysis to identify trends, patterns, and anomalies in large datasets.
  • Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and consistency across reporting platforms.
  • Optimize queries and data models for performance and scalability.
  • Provide thought leadership in data strategy, governance, and best practices.
  • Mentor junior analysts and contribute to team knowledge sharing.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • 8 -12 years of experience in data analytics, business intelligence, or related roles.
  • Mandatory expertise in Snowflake and Tableau.
  • Strong proficiency in SQL and data modeling.
  • Experience with ETL tools and data integration processes.
  • Solid understanding of data warehousing concepts and cloud data platforms.
  • Ability to communicate complex data insights to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related field.
