Email Marketing Specialist

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, develop, and execute targeted email marketing campaigns to support lead generation, customer engagement, and retention strategies.

• Manage and maintain email databases, ensuring compliance with GDPR, CAN-SPAM, and other regulations.

• Segment audiences to deliver personalized and relevant content that aligns with customer journeys.

• Design and test email templates with strong subject lines, CTAs, and engaging copy.

• Conduct A/B testing to optimize open rates, click-through rates, and conversions.

• Analyze campaign performance using tools like Google Analytics, HubSpot, or Mailchimp, and generate reports with actionable insights.

• Collaborate with the content, design, and sales teams to ensure consistent brand messaging.

• Stay updated with the latest email marketing trends, tools, and best practices.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelors degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field.

• 4-5 years of proven experience in email marketing or digital marketing roles.

• Proficiency in email marketing tools (e.g., Mailchimp, HubSpot, Marketo, Constant Contact, etc.).

• Strong knowledge of CRM and marketing automation platforms.

• Expertise in HTML/CSS for email design (preferred).

• Excellent analytical, reporting, and data-driven decision-making skills.

• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

• Ability to manage multiple campaigns with strict deadlines.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in B2B or EdTech/IT training industry.

• Knowledge of SEO, SEM, and content marketing to support integrated campaigns.

• Familiarity with AI-driven personalization in email marketing.
