Position Title: Business Development Manager

Place: Mumbai

Position Reports To: BD Head

Position Purpose

The jobholder would be responsible for doing and achieving pre-determined sales and growth

targets in Mumbai and also build market position by locating, developing, defining, negotiating, and closing business relationships.

Accountabilities

Business Acquisition and Business Development in line with Pragatis Strategy and focus area

as per set targets.

CRM activities to maintain relations with customer database and update the customer

knowledge in the system,

Mining of new contacts

Achieving a sustainable business pipeline for the company quarter-wise.

Prepare Sales Forecasts for the industry segment and keep the Management updated on the

same

New Customer Acquisition & Management.

Develop specific plans to ensure growth targets are met.

Take customer feedback proactively through pre-defined mechanisms and address these.

Continuous up gradation of self to enhance potential and keep abreast of best of domestic and

global trends.

Practise a strong code of ethics

Experience

7 to 10 years related to Sales

Should have worked in the Consulting and /or Training space and have hands-on experience of

selling solutions to Customers.

Education

Graduate / Post Graduate in Sales and Marketing

Knowledge, Skills, Attitudes

High Positive energy and intrinsic motivation

Strong Drive for results

Ownership and Accountability of Goals

Customer orientation ability to craft solutions aligned to Client needs
