Roles and Responsibilities

  • Provide confidential counseling services to students, parents, and teachers on academic, personal, social issues.
  • Develop and implement effective strategies for student engagement and retention.
  • Collaborate with school management to develop policies and programs that promote a healthy learning environment.
  • Conduct workshops and training sessions on mental health awareness, stress management, and emotional intelligence.
  • Maintain accurate records of client interactions and progress notes.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Master's degree in Psychology (M.A) or Medical-MS/MD Psychology from a recognized university.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience as a family counselor or related field.
  • Excellent counselling skills with empathetic compassionate and ethical approach.
  • Outstanding interpersonal communication and conflict resolution skills.
  • Strong leadership team building and staff coordination capability.
