We are looking for a skilled and dedicated Assembly Fitter with a manufacturing background to assemble mechanical components and equipment according to engineering drawings and specifications. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in mechanical fitting, knowledge of assembly tools, and the ability to work with precision and attention to detail.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assemble machinery, parts, or components as per engineering drawings, blueprints, or work instructions.
  • Ensure all assemblies meet quality, safety, and operational standards.
  • Identify and correct any fitting or alignment issues during assembly.
  • Operate hand tools, power tools, and measuring instruments efficiently.
  • Conduct pre-assembly and post-assembly inspections to verify dimensions and tolerances.
  • Collaborate with the production and quality teams to meet daily targets.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe working environment.
  • Report any defects, material shortages, or equipment issues to the supervisor.
  • Follow all safety protocols and company policies during operations.

Required Skills & Competencies:

  • Sound knowledge of mechanical assembly and fitting techniques.
  • Ability to read and interpret mechanical drawings and assembly layouts.
  • Skilled in the use of hand tools, power tools, and measuring instruments (e.g., vernier calipers, micrometers).
  • Strong attention to detail and precision in work.
  • Good communication and teamwork skills.
  • Physical stamina and ability to handle moderate lifting.

Qualification & Experience:

  • Education: ITI / Diploma in Mechanical or Fitter Trade (or equivalent).
  • Experience: 0–3 years of experience as an Assembly Fitter in a manufacturing / engineering setup.
  • Preferred Industry: Heavy machinery, automotive, fabrication, or general engineering manufacturing.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹10, ₹20,000.00 per month
