**Employment Type**: Full-Time**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Assemble machinery, parts, or components as per engineering drawings, blueprints, or work instructions.
- Ensure all assemblies meet quality, safety, and operational standards.
- Identify and correct any fitting or alignment issues during assembly.
- Operate hand tools, power tools, and measuring instruments efficiently.
- Conduct pre-assembly and post-assembly inspections to verify dimensions and tolerances.
- Collaborate with the production and quality teams to meet daily targets.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe working environment.
- Report any defects, material shortages, or equipment issues to the supervisor.
- Follow all safety protocols and company policies during operations.

**Required Skills & Competencies**:

- Sound knowledge of mechanical assembly and fitting techniques.
- Ability to read and interpret mechanical drawings and assembly layouts.
- Skilled in the use of hand tools, power tools, and measuring instruments (e.g., vernier calipers, micrometers).
- Strong attention to detail and precision in work.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
- Physical stamina and ability to handle moderate lifting.

**Qualification & Experience**:

- **Education**: ITI / Diploma in Mechanical or Fitter Trade (or equivalent).
- **Experience**: 0-3 years of experience as an Assembly Fitter in a manufacturing / engineering setup.
- **Preferred Industry**: Heavy machinery, automotive, fabrication, or general engineering manufacturing.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
