Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled Financial Business Partner to support SEA area Managed by Maersk (MBM) product teams. This role will serve as a key strategic finance partner to the SEA MBM product providing insightful analysis, financial guidance, and decision support to drive operational efficiency and business growth.

This role requires a strong blend of financial expertise and business acumen to partner effectively with cross-functional teams and add value to the product team.

Key Accountabilities

•Act as the primary finance partner for the SEA Area MBM product , providing analysis and giving financial insights and recommendations to support business decisions.  

•Collaborate with product leaders to identify and prioritize key financial and operational drivers, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.

•Work closely with cross-functional stakeholders and supporting teams including FinOps, CX, Finance controllers, Operations, and Sales, to ensure strategic and operational alignment.

•Develop and present financial and data models, forecasts, and scenario analyses to support long-term planning and investment decisions.  

•Monitor and analyze financial performance against budgets, forecasts, and KPIs, identifying risks and opportunities for improvement.

•Proactively seek opportunities to provide insights, run simulations, gain business knowledge to explain movements in financials, incl. acting as a reliable partner to regional stakeholders

•Act as a sparring partner with Product stakeholders to improve financial performance and ensure long-term growth

Qualifications:

•Bachelor or Master in finance (CA/ MBA-finance)

•8+ years of experience in finance and analysis

•Experience of financial modelling and forecasting

•Good communication and stakeholder influencing skills

•Working proficiency on tools such as Microsoft Excel, MiniTab, SAP-BI/BW, Power BI
