Role & responsibilities

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment for Finance and Accounting roles, including positions in FP&A, Taxation, Audit, Treasury, Accounts Payable/Receivable, and Controllership.
  • Collaborate with hiring managers and HR partners to understand business needs and create effective sourcing strategies.
  • Source candidates through various channels including job portals, LinkedIn, social media, internal databases, referrals, and professional networks.
  • Conduct initial screenings and evaluate candidates' financial domain knowledge, communication, and cultural fit.
  • Coordinate interview scheduling, feedback collection, and selection processes.
  • Lead offer negotiations, documentation, and ensure smooth onboarding.
  • Maintain accurate recruitment trackers, dashboards, and reports for internal review.
  • Build a strong pipeline of finance talent for current and future needs.

Preferred candidate profile

  • Bachelors or Masters degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 37 years of experience in non-IT recruitment, with specialized focus on Finance domain hiring.
  • Prior experience recruiting for roles such as Finance Analysts, Accountants, Auditors, Controllers, and Tax Specialists.
  • Proficiency in using sourcing platforms such as Naukri, LinkedIn Recruiter, and ATS tools.
  • Strong understanding of finance domain structures and role requirements.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and work in a high-paced environment.
