Job role:

We're looking for a talented and detail-oriented Junior Visual Designer to join our creative team. The role involves designing visually striking ad creatives, social media assets, static and motion banners, and short-form videos that drive engagement and deliver measurable impact for brands.

You'll work closely with our marketing and strategy teams to turn ideas into compelling visual stories across digital channels.

Skills & Requirements:

  • Some personal projects experience in digital design, advertising, or a similar creative role.
  • Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, and After Effects (or similar).
  • Strong sense of visual aesthetics, layout, color, and typography.
  • Ability to design across different formats — including banners, social media creatives, ad campaigns, and short videos.
  • Understanding of digital advertising formats and brand communication principles.
  • Motion design or video editing skills will be a strong plus.
  • Ability to adapt design styles as per brand identity and campaign objectives.
  • Organized, detail-oriented, and capable of meeting deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • A portfolio showcasing your design and video editing work is mandatory.

Responsibilities:

  • Design visually appealing banners, ad creatives, decks and social media assets for digital campaigns.
  • Create and edit short-form videos, motion graphics, and animated content for ads and brand communication.
  • Collaborate with marketing and strategy teams to conceptualize and visualize campaign ideas.
  • Ensure consistency in brand identity across all visual materials.
  • Optimize designs for different screen sizes and platforms (mobile, web, in-app).
  • Stay updated with current trends in digital design, advertising, and motion graphics.
  • Manage multiple design projects simultaneously while maintaining high creative standards.
  • Contribute fresh ideas to enhance brand storytelling and visual impact.
