Junior Analyst– Design

Marketing – JBS Gurugram, India

What this job involves:

We're looking for a Junior Analyst who can combine creative design expertise with front-end development skills to deliver high-impact marketing materials.

You'll be responsible for creating visual communications that convey messages effectively and aesthetically across multiple formats.

The emphasis will be on designing customized PowerPoint presentations, brochures, newsletters, microsites, and other marketing materials for multi-million-dollar properties—with added focus on automation and interactive design using JavaScript and Python.

You'll collaborate with our global Marketing teams to support various business lines, ensuring that every project communicates the right message with clarity and visual appeal.

• Develop interactive and automated solutions using JavaScript and Python to streamline design workflows and enhance marketing efficiency.
  • Create and maintain high-quality visual content for digital and print communications — including brochures, flyers, infographics, microsites, emailers, and social media creatives.
• Translate business requirements and creative briefs into innovative, on-brand design and code-based solutions.
• Collaborate with global design teams to ensure consistent brand perception across platforms.
• Generate clear ideas and creative concepts from inception to final execution.
• Work collaboratively with marketers, art directors, and design managers to deliver compelling visuals and experiences.
• Stay current with design and front-end trends, technologies, and automation tools.
• Demonstrate a strong work ethic, initiative, and ability to manage multiple projects under tight deadlines.
• Ensure brand consistency, quality control, and timely delivery across all deliverables.

To apply you need to be:
• A graduate or undergraduate (or equivalent certification) in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Computer Science, or related fields.

• Prior internship or freelance experience in design or development will be an advantage.
• Skilled in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop).
• Familiar with PowerPoint, Word, and web/microsite design tools.
• Basic to intermediate knowledge of JavaScript (for InDesign/Illustrator scripting, automation, or microsite interactivity).
• Knowledge of Python for design automation, file management, or data-driven content generation.
• Strong creative vision with an ability to merge aesthetics with technical functionality.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
• Quick learner with adaptability to new tools, frameworks, and evolving marketing technologies.
