Key Responsibilities

  1. Define and drive the organization's AI/ML vision and multi-year roadmap aligned with business objectives, BPM solutions, and product innovation goals.
  2. Identify, evaluate, and prioritize AI/ML use cases with the highest strategic and commercial impact.
  3. Provide technical leadership, architectural direction, and best practices for AI/ML adoption across platforms and solutions.
  4. Mentor, guide, and support internal teams in solving complex technical challenges, fostering innovation, and enhancing delivery capability.
  5. Collaborate with executive leadership and cross-functional teams to translate strategy into executable plans and measurable outcomes.
  6. Lead pre-sales activities, including solutioning, proposals, proof-of-concepts, and customer presentations to win new business.
  7. Engage with customers and partners to understand requirements, propose AI/ML-enabled solutions, and ensure technical feasibility.
  8. Stay abreast of emerging AI/ML trends and translate them into relevant business opportunities.
  9. Drive a culture of experimentation, agility, and data-driven decision-making across the organization.

Experience & Qualifications

  • 12+ years in technology leadership roles, with 5+ years in AI/ML-focused strategy, architecture, or solution delivery.
  • Proven experience in defining and executing technology roadmaps, preferably in SaaS, BPM, or product-based environments.
  • Hands-on knowledge of AI/ML platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and frameworks
  • Strong track record in pre-sales, including proposals, RFP responses, proof-of-concepts, and client presentations.
  • Experience mentoring and guiding technical teams to solve complex engineering and data challenges.
  • Excellent stakeholder management skills, with the ability to communicate complex concepts to non-technical executives and clients.
  • Exposure to product commercialization cycles and integration of AI into niche product segments is a plus.
  • Awareness of BPM tools like Camunda, Appian, or similar is desirable but not mandatory.
