Job Role: HR Executive (Experienced)
Job Location: Onsite
Company Details: Janardan Farms & Resorts LLP (JFR)
- Roles & Responsibilities:
- Meeting with departmental representatives to discuss HR issues
- Referring issues to senior HR staff
- Assisting departments with their recruitment needs through liaison with agencies/ advertisers
- Coordinating prospective candidates, interviewing them and administering offers
- Conducting inductions of new staff
- Participating in the collection of market salary information for the annual review
- Inputting into the monthly payroll.
- Assisting with the production and implementation of HR policies and procedures.
- Responding to other ad-hoc queries from other personnel in the company
- Normally, you will work a standard 35-40 hour week.
- Required Skills:
- A genuine interest in developing a career in HR
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Strong administrative and organisational skills
- The ability to act in a confidential and sensitive manner
- An interest in working with people
- Be confident about gathering facts and making financial calculations
- The ability to work as part of a team
- The ability to work accurately, with good attention to detail
- Educational Requirements:
- At least a Postgraduate Degree in HR management with an experience of not less than 1 years in a similar type of recruitment job.
- At least a Bachelor's Degree in HR management with an experience of not less than 2 years in a similar type of recruitment job.
- Salary Structure & Performance Linkage:
- Total CTC: the salary of your previous organisation will be followed for 6 months during the probationary period after which 25% growth will be given.
- Expected performance: Need to recruit and maintain 50 candidates throughout the year. If the maintained candidates are less than 70% on the date of salary, proportionate salary is payable.
- Performance: Need to prove at least 10 candidates selection done in the previous organization on monthly basis with a retention of 50% in two months
- Yearly Increment; 15% growth every year.
