Job Title: Production Executive

Location: Kochi

Salaru : Upto 35k

Position Overview

The Production Executive will be responsible for managing pre-production and post-production processes, leading production teams and crews, and ensuring projects are executed within timelines while maintaining client satisfaction. This role requires strong leadership, planning, and coordination skills to align operations, creative teams, and client requirements seamlessly.

Key Responsibilities

· Manage end-to-end pre-production and post-production activities.

· Oversee project timelines, deliverables, and production teams.

· Maintain strong client communication and ensure satisfaction.

· Handle production sheets, team coordination, and progress tracking.

· Conduct regular meetings with creative and post-production teams.

· Collaborate with Operations Head on planning and resource allocation.

· Manage crew bookings and ensure smooth execution of projects.

Skills & Qualifications

· Minimum 1+ years of experience (hospitality background preferred).

· Excellent communication and presentation skills (non-negotiable).

· Prior leadership experience preferred.

· Strong project management and organizational skills.

· Proven ability to lead and motivate teams.

· Excellent client-handling abilities.

· Ability to manage multiple projects under tight deadlines.

· Knowledge of production workflows (pre-production & post-production).

· Problem-solving, adaptability, and a proactive mindset.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Up to ₹35,000.00 per month
