We are looking for a skilled Commis III Bakery to join our team at Taj Lakefront, with 2-8 years of experience in the hospitality industry.

Roles and Responsibility

• Assist the bakery chef in preparing high-quality bread and pastries.
• Maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment.
• Ensure all food products meet quality standards before service.
• Collaborate with other kitchen staff to achieve efficient food preparation.
• Develop new recipes and menus to enhance the bakery's offerings.
• Implement effective inventory management systems to minimize waste.

Job Requirements

• Proven experience as a Commis III Bakery or similar role.
• Strong knowledge of bakery techniques and ingredients.
• Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
