What You'll Do

• Enterprise Identity Management environment where Zero Trust and Business continuity is key
• Managing the end-to-end Identity governance solutions optimizing and automizing our processes
• Driving the development of our tools and processes to raise our security standards with minimal impact for our end-users
• Domain capabilities like Ransomware Resilience and Purple teaming to stay focused on our highest priority, Security
• Collaboration & knowledge sharing – work in a cross-functional team of experienced Identity and Access management architects, and security specialists.
• Impactful projects – be part of large-scale transformations that shape the future of digital services in a global enterprise.

Main Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a high performing team responsible for the services included in Identity Governance. Provide clarity of purpose, performance and priorities with the members in your team.
• Ownership of the outcome - Drive the delivery of the capabilities within the scope of Digital Identity Governance team including team management, planning, backlog management and continues follow up.
• Ensure compliance and governance – Accountability for ensuring service meets internal and external compliance requirements (e.g. security, risk, audit, sustainability).
• Delivering consistent and high-quality service experience, ensuring a coherent consumer journey - managing the service delivery with definition of service requirements and delivery plans in alignment with security standards, business needs and architectural principles
• Manage supplier contact of services within the scope of Digital Identity Governance to ensure state-of-the-art user support experience
• Stakeholder centered leadership - Representing the services consumers across the organization. Understanding pain-points and opportunities based on continuous stakeholder dialogues
• Close collaboration with Product Owners, Product Manager and Domain Management to secure joint delivery plans and service excellence

What You'll Bring

• Minimum bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, and at least 10+ years of related field and work experience within Identity and Access Management (AD, Entra ID, Identity and Access Management, PKI, PAM and Password vault)
• A solid track record of successfully managing teams within Identity and Access Management in enterprise or large-scale environments
• Can be a role model and mentor of Volvo Cars culture, promoting work-life balance while still delivering a premium product where safety and security are never compromised
• Be the driver of continues improvement, innovation and questioning status Quo. Initiate and drive new ideas of authentication and Identity management by staying up to date with the lates technology and threat landscape
• Push for fully automated services with minimum manual interference. Raise the bar of security, compliance and ease of use
• Ensure designs and implementations with high availability and scalability.
• Enjoy working in a multi-culture environment with team members and stakeholders in different countries/time zones
• Automotive or global Manufacturing Industry experience will be premiered
• Experience and hands-on development in OpenText Identity Manager (NetIQ) will be premiered
