Role Overview

Locus is seeking a Solutions Architect / Senior Solutions Manager with extensive experience managing European enterprise accounts and working within European time zones. In this role, you will be responsible for designing and implementing Locus's AI-driven logistics solutions across large-scale enterprises. You will serve as a strategic liaison between customers and internal teams, ensuring the technical alignment of solutions with business needs and facilitating seamless project execution and value realization.

Key Responsibilities

  • Solution Design:

    • Understand the client's business and use case, devising solutions using the existing product portfolio.

    • Identify new, challenging problem statements for the client that can be solved using core Locus IP.

    • Recognize new use cases and workflows with critical problems where Locus can help unlock value.

    • Map solutions to existing platforms while referencing workflows for logistics platforms and integrations.

    • Propose and implement acceptable updates to the system to meet client requirements.

    • Ensure security and data protection by design.

  • Project Management:

    • Ensure efficient delivery of the solution.

    • Manage all stakeholders from various teams and different verticals.

    • Ensure contract terms and conditions are met.

    • Address customer issues with speed and efficiency.

    • Independently lead workstreams, mentor others, and manage stakeholders across functions.

    • Utilize BPMN for workflow management.

    • Apply experience with multi-tenant/globalization patterns and feature flags.

  • Engagement Growth:

    • Foster positive relationships with customers as their primary point of contact.

    • Collaborate with sales teams to generate new business.

Qualifications

  • Problem-solving and analytical aptitude.

  • Prior experience in handling pre-sales engagement and extensive client interactions.

  • Proficient in G-Suite And/Or Microsoft Suite

  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills.

  • Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.

  • Sharp business acumen.

  • Engineering or Management degree.

  • Experience in a supply chain background is preferred.

  • Understanding of APIs is a plus.

  • ITIL Foundation certification is preferred for operations-facing roles.

  • Customer-oriented approach.
