Lead FullStack Engineer Full Time, Noida Location

Essential Duties & Responsibilities:

You will be writing optimized Code in Javascript/Typescript and working with Advanced NodeJs and ReactJs frameworks targeting Latest NodeJs/ReactJs version.

You will participate in regular design sessions, code reviews and agile ceremonies.

You will work closely with the Product Owner and scrum team to help deliver high quality features inside of agreed timescales

You will Provide technical mentorship and upskilling to scrum team members and across functional boundaries where appropriate

You will Identify areas for modification or refactoring inside our code-base and champion their improvement

You will lead by example, contributing to a culture of high quality, personal ownership and customer focused execution

You will also coordinate with Clients directly on various aspects of the project lifecycle.

You will be leading a team of 2-10+ Frontend/Backend engineers.

You will be responsible for maintaining best coding practices in your team.

You will be engaged in team building activities like interviews, onboarding and mentoring new team members.

You will be engaged with the sales team as well in the capacity of lead technical consultant to crack new accounts by demonstrating your technical skills and project delivery experience.

Requirements & Skills:

7+ years of development experience including project leadership experience

Proven track record of delivering high quality, high stake projects in agile environment

Proven experience in building, mentoring and managing efficient development teams

Strong experience with Typescript and JavaScript, NodeJs, ExpressJS,

Strong experience with relational databases like Postgres or MySQL

Strong experience with ReactJs and Redux Toolkit and other state management libraries.

Exposure with NestJs Framework and TypeORM/Prisma/DrizzleORM

Modern source control systems (like Git, Bitbucket )

Analyzing user requirements, envisioning system features and functionality.

Design, build, and maintain efficient, reusable, and reliable codes by setting expectations and features priorities throughout the development life cycle.

Strong experience in Designing, extending, and implementing REST or GraphQL APIs.

Strong Database Design Experience

Exposure of Continuous Integration / Continuous Deployment practices (DevOps)

Experience with Testing Tools including Mocha, Chai, Sinon, Supertest, Enzyme, Istanbul, Selenium, Load Runner, JSLint and Cucumber.

Experience with any one of the platforms i.e AWS, GCP or Azure.

Good expertise with server-side development using NodeJs specifically through usage of microservices

Exposure to Design patterns, Clean coding practices and SOLID design principle.

Good Exposure to asynchronous programming.

Good Exposure to API documentation tools like Postman or Swagger

Good exposure of Code quality management tools like linters or formatters.

Good exposure to unit testing tools.

Good exposure to Agile and Scrum methodologies and ability to manage projects.

Experience in building serverless applications using Nodejs by leveraging AWS Lambda, Azure Functions, etc

Good exposure Microservices architecture along with traditional architectures like MVC.

Experience with Atlassian JIRA and Confluence for managing the application lifecycle.

Experience with Docker and Kubernetes for microservices.

Good to have:

SonarQube and writing clean code best practices
